According to the letter of the Secretary-General of the Ministerial Cabinet accepting ministers, the Government House is urgently requesting the assignment of royal vestments to commemorate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th cycle birthday anniversary on July 28, 2024. As confirmed by the Cabinet's resolution on February 6, 2024, regarding the decoration of illuminated sites, flags, and the use of symbols for the Royal Coronation Ceremony of His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty's 6th cycle of birthday anniversary on July 28, 2024, for your information and compliance.

During the cabinet meeting on February 13, 2024, the Prime Minister proposed that in accordance with the Cabinet resolution on February 6, 2024, government agencies and state organizations are tasked with ensuring smooth and orderly preparations for venue decorations, lighting, flags, as well as the use of the emblem in the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary on July 28, 2024 to demonstrate the utmost grace and royal benevolence of His Majesty the King, and to honor the great kindness of His Majesty the King, may this royal favor be fitting, proper, and of noble honor request cooperation from government agencies and state organizations to proceed accordingly as follows:

1. Kindly request the cooperation of personnel from government agencies and state organizations to dress in yellow shirts with the symbol of the Royal Cypher, instead of regular attire, on every Monday, which is a working day, as well as on other appropriate occasions starting from the date when the Cabinet resolves to implement this. Furthermore, all ministers are to supervise their respective units to strictly adhere to these guidelines.

2. Request for cooperation and invitation to organizations, agencies, private sectors, and all sectors of the public to come together in consciousness of His Majesty's great kindness and to demonstrate love and loyalty by dressing in yellow shirts with the emblem symbolizing the Royal Thai Garuda project appropriately and correctly, in unison.
