Elevating work with OKRs, aiming for success with clear direction

Assistant Professor Dr. Kaenphet Saranontawat, Vice President of the Nakhon Pathom Campus, together with Ms. Saowanee Kamnerdrat, Director of the Nakhon Pathom Campus Office, Ms. Nichapa Ittiprasert, Head of General Administration, along with university executives and staff, participated in a training session on Objective and Key Results (OKR)—focusing on setting, tracking, and evaluating outcomes effectively.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with the honor of Associate Professor Dr. Ruadech Koedvichai, Chairman of the University Council, serving as the guest speaker at the training held in the Chokaeo Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

This training aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of strategic goal setting and systematic translation of organizational success indicators down to individual levels according to the OKR framework. It equips staff with practical knowledge to apply in their work effectively, driving the university toward sustained excellence and high performance.
