SSRU Support Pro Project: Advancing Academic Support Staff Toward Professional Expertise

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus, led by Ms. Saowanee Kamnoedrat, Director of the Campus Office, along with campus executives and staff, participated in the SSRU Support Pro training program aimed at enhancing the development of academic support personnel through performance-based advancement toward professional expertise.

The university was honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Nantiya Noijanchan, Chair of the Ph.D. and M.A. Programs in Development Administration, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, as the keynote speaker.

She delivered a lecture on “Training Academic Support Staff for Promotion to Higher Positions (Professional/Expert Level)”, focusing on enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies aligned with their roles and responsibilities.

This initiative is part of the university’s strategic development plan and contributes to achieving Indicator 2.3.5 – the percentage of academic support personnel who meet the required competency standards for their positions.
