The Education Division, Nakhon Pathom Campus Office, organized the training program “Team Psychology at Work: Understanding Your Team, Understanding People” in collaboration with JobBKK.com Recruitment Co., Ltd. The activity was led by Ms. Katcharin Thabthimthet, Director of the Education Division, together with staff and students who participated enthusiastically. The training was held at the 2nd floor of the Lecture and Multipurpose Building and Food Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus.

The program aimed to help students develop a deeper understanding of human behavior, communication techniques, and teamwork skills. It also covered topics such as building positive workplace relationships, managing emotions and conflicts, and fostering positive attitudes toward collaborative work.

These skills are essential for enhancing learning, group work, professional internships, and preparing students for effective collaboration in their future careers.
