Project to Promote Knowledge and Understanding of Organizational Management through OKRs

Assistant Professor Dr. Kaenphet Saranontawat, Vice President of Nakhon Pathom Campus, together with Ms. Saowanee Kamnerdrat, Director of the Nakhon Pathom Campus Office, and staff members of the Nakhon Pathom Campus Office, participated in the Project to Promote Knowledge and Understanding of Organizational Management through OKRs at Sunandanusorn Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The opening ceremony was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who presided over the event. The project was also honored by Dr. Wichai Limpitikranon, who served as the guest speaker and shared knowledge on the effective application of OKRs in organizational management.

The objectives of this project were to promote knowledge and understanding of the principles and approaches of organizational management through OKRs, develop the potential of executives and OKR Champions in appropriately setting Objectives and Key Results, and enhance the role of OKR Champions as change leaders who drive and monitor the performance of the university and its departments.
