Accepting people with physical disabilities or mobility impairments or health to study in the Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (distance education system)

Qualifications:

Graduated from high school or vocational certificate or high vocational certificate or Non-Formal Education or equivalent (from institution accredited by the Civil Service Commission) and must not have completed or studied a bachelor's degree by receiving educational grants for people with disabilities from any educational institutions before.

- Date and time: Study through the application 24 hours a day

1. Two copies of ID card with certified true copy

2. Two copies of house registration with certified true copy

3. Two copies of transcript with certified true copy

4. Two 1-inch photos (white shirt without any logo)

5. Two copies of the disability identification card or book. (Page specifying disability characteristics and expiration date) with certified true copy

6. Other documents, if any, such as name change certificate, etc.
