Healthy and Energized for the Mothers We Love 

The College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus, organized the August activity “Exercise for Mom: Healthy and Energized for the Mothers We Love.”

The activity was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Than Chaiyathorn, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, and Dr. Supaporn Prajongjai, Head of the Office of the College of Logistics and Supply Chain, together with faculty members, staff, and students who enthusiastically participated in the event at the Green Courtyard, College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus.

The activity aimed to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining good health and encourage participants to strengthen their physical well-being through regular exercise. It also provided an opportunity for everyone to express their love, care, and appreciation for their mothers by taking better care of their own health.

Because good health is one of the greatest gifts we can give to the people we love.
