Strategic Planning with BMC Training Program

Prof. Dr. Kanpetch Saranonthawat (Vice President for Nakhon Pathom Campus) assigned Ms. Saowanee Kumnerdrat (Director of Office of the Nakhon Pathom Campus) to be the chair of Strategic Planning with Business Model Canvas (BMC) Training Program, where Dr. Somrerk Karnwiwat (Managing Director of Smart Solution 1996 Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Sombat Khomsan (Assistant to the Career Promotion Speaker, fiscal year 2023, Bangkok Social Development Office) gave a lecturer. The content is divided into:

1. Analysis for business opportunities by using the Maga Trend survey.

2. Analysis for find new needs that will make life easier by Gain Point

3. Screening new product ideas

4. Gain Point response to product and service design

The program aimed to create an understanding of business operations in accordance with the needs of customers or service recipients, and lead to sustainable development within the organization, at the Kaew Chao Chom meeting room, Kaew Chao Chom Hotel, Nakhon Pathom Campus, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
