"Mobile Education Division Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026” College of Communication Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
On Tuesday, February 17, 2026 - Ms. Kacharin Tubtimthes (Director of the Education Division); Mr. Adisak Chuchat (Acting Head of the Registration and Processing Department); and Mr. Klaythras Yanthitwattana (Head of the Student Development Department), along with the staff of the Education Division, organized a mobile education division meeting in collaboration with the Faculty of Communication Arts, led by Assoc. Prof. Vitcha Santanaprasit (Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs), along with the administration, department heads, and academic staff. They discussed collaborative operations to develop correct practices in the meeting room on the first floor of the Faculty of Communication Arts, SSRU Nakhon Pathom Campus.
Therefore, the Office of Education, Nakhon Pathom Campus, has scheduled the 4th Mobile Education Division Project, which will include additional discussion topics and solicit opinions on various matters as follows:
1. Curriculum review process
2. The courses have not yet been approved by the Office of the Higher Education Commission, which is causing issues with obtaining student loans.
3. The study plan does not follow the curriculum structure.
4. Criteria for credit transfer
5. Procedures for the registration of new students for the academic year, including the verification of documents in the new student record system.
6. Procedures for late registration, cross-center registration, cross-category registration, and registration alongside professional experience courses Guidelines for late registration, cross-center registration, cross-category registration, and registration alongside professional practice courses.
7. Guidelines for requesting changes/corrections to academic records Guidelines for requesting changes/corrections to academic results
8. Providing one-stop service and improving the efficiency of academic operations.
For the Education Division, the Nakhon Pathom Campus Office will proceed to collect the received data, review and improve the operational processes, and create an academic operations manual as a guideline for the colleges under the Nakhon Pathom Campus to use, further enhancing the efficiency of academic work.
