Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University conducted interviews and focus groups with personnel to improve the university's operations.

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025: Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, through the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Council, assigned the Committee for Monitoring, Inspection, and Evaluation of University Performance to gather opinions from personnel across all sectors. The university will use this information as crucial data for its development in various areas. The purpose is to gather feedback on the current operational status, problems, obstacles in work, and creative suggestions that will help improve management quality, educational services, and university development in the future, in accordance with the university's mission. Also participating online via Google Meet were Mr. Suttha Thueankerdphan (Director of the General Affairs Division); Ms. Katcharin Thubtimtes (Director of the Education Division); Ms. Prangthip Ketklin (Director of the Policy and Planning Division); and Ms. Piyarat Saweatadul (Acting Director of the Assets and Income Division).
