On 23 January 2026, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus, in collaboration with JobBKK.com—an organization with expertise in recruitment services and career skill development—organized the project “Small Talk: Starting Conversations That Lead to Career Success” at the meeting room of the Multi-Purpose Academic Building and Food Center, 2nd Floor.
In an era where “opportunities” often begin with brief conversations, the ability to initiate dialogue, communicate confidently, and engage effectively has become a key factor for success in both academic life and professional careers. While many individuals possess strong knowledge and abilities, valuable opportunities may be missed simply due to uncertainty about how to start a conversation.
The project “Small Talk: Starting Conversations That Lead to Career Success” was therefore designed to equip participants with practical and easy-to-understand communication techniques. The workshop focused on natural conversation starters, creating positive first impressions, and building professional relationships through interactive activities and hands-on practice in a friendly and supportive environment.
Participants gained new perspectives on communication and learned how to converse confidently without needing to be naturally talkative. The program also helped enhance personality development and social skills that can be applied in various situations, including academic settings, internships, job interviews, and future professional careers.
