Interview with Miss Phetpha Jnlphum sharing internship experiences during her studies, after completing my studies, I had the opportunity to work with Lufthansa Services Thailand as a Ground Passenger Service Agent, responsible for providing check-in and boarding services to passengers of Bangkok Airways for 2 years until the situation of the severe COVID-19 pandemic greatly impacted the aviation industry, leading to the termination of my role.
Following the decline of the epidemic situation, I had the opportunity to work with Hotel Beds Services (Thailand), a leading company in the hotel and tourism industry, in the position of Global Operation Executive for over 2 years. This role involved customer service for clients worldwide, utilizing English language skills acquired through education. Therefore, I would like to advise younger students to study diligently and focus on their studies. English language skills are very important in the workplace and one should take the time to sit for the TOEIC exam, which is highly beneficial for job applications. Although I may not return to work in the aviation industry, the knowledge and experience gained from my previous job can be effectively applied to new job positions.
