Sor Dor 35
2. Copy of Sor Dor 9
3. Copy of student ID card
4. Copy of ID
card
5. Copy of
house registration
6. Original
of Student certificate
7. Documents for
changing name and surname (if any)
8. Copy
of Sor Dor 10, in the case of transfer
of military domicile
9.
Copy of Sor Dor 43, in the case of
having received a deferment from
entering military service from another
educational institution.
Submit documents at the Education Division, SSRU Nakhon Pathom Campus Office (One stop service) from now until 15 February 2024.
