Students from SSRU College of Hospitality Industry Management Visits the Aviation Catering of Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd.

On 24 August 2023 – Dr. Bua Srikot, Mr. Sorapob Jillanon and Dr. Veera Weerasophon led 50 of the 4th year students of College of Hospitality Industry Management in Aviation Business Program to study visit at Thai Airways International Suvarnabhumi Ariport, Bangkok, which is a part of TIM4412 subject: food and beverage management in the aviation industry. All students have learned various theories before entering the practical training course on food and beverage service according to the Thai Airways model, including visiting the production process, food handling both in economy class, business class and first class. Thanks to Thai Airways for sponsoring both study tour and workshop.
